About us

Our company designes, engineers and manufactures such extrusion tooling like dies and calibrators which are used for extrusion of PVC molded products suitable for production lines with capacity 20 to 700 kg/h.

To manufacture our products we use such world leading CNC equipment like Sodic, Fanuc, Finetech, KMT, as well as certified steel grades for difficult operating conditions

We are constantly improving and developing the production of tooling for profile systems, working on increasing productivity and quality.

For years our experts were gaining experience by working with and improving extrusion tooling made in leading companies from Europe and Turkey. All the manufactured tools have to take an obligatory hours-long testing on our production facilities, which excludes any possible troubles during its future operation. We provide for our customers extrusion tooling testing, using the customers’ material formula. We use only German made certified steel to produce our extrusion tooling. We apply our own technical innovations which increase the tools’ operating life when working with highly filled materials.
